Fence  - this facility houses Veteran amputees transitioning from US Naval Hospital to outside living - Home Depot has already refurbished and made accessible 8 cottages on the premises, and landscaped the entire property. An old 4-car garage was converted into a gym for the amputees to work out at every day. (Weight-lifting helps their wounds to heal and scar tissue to become more pliable).
Thank you, Home Depot!

Their home is 50 years old

NEEDS:
HVAC system for the baby's health after impending open-heart surgery --

A generator, so the HVAC system can always operate for the baby
Solar installation.

UPDATE! You have all the current information on their refurbishment, but let us update you on the baby - he had open heart surgery on December 4, 2013. He was barely 4 months old. While he was hospitalized in ICU, San Diego Habitat For Humanity installed the HVAC system this baby needed to recuperate from open-heart surgery.
The baby came home to a very clean, very controlled temperature in his home. After a few weeks of adjustment, the parents report that their son is finally getting used to not being sick.
His breathing is finally normal, he's keeping his food down, and his sleep is improving.
His grateful mother tells me that the air conditioner, the heater and the air purifier all work well, and the baby is thriving!
Thank you all for your inquiries and prayers for this baby and his parents.
We're happy to report that

ALL IS WELL, THE BABY IS FINE, AND HIS PARENTS THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR WELL-WISHES AND DONATIONS!
AMERICAN CULTURE COUNCIL, INC. ALSO THANKS YOU FOR YOUR CONTINUED SUPPORT AS WE SERVED THE NEEDS OF THIS VETERAN, HIS WIFE, AND THEIR CHILD.
